- Ingredients
- 1 serving of Trekker’s Tea
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of coconut milk or vanilla coconut milk
- Optional toppings: fresh fruit, granola, nuts, honey, nut butter, coconut flakes, etc.
- Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a bowl.
- Add granola, fresh fruit, and other toppings of your choosing!
