- 1 serving of Surfer’s Greens
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- ½ cup of milk (any type will work)
- 1 tsp honey
- Optional toppings: fruit, granola, nut butter
- Preparation
- Place the Surfer’s Greens, chia seeds, and milk into a mason jar or bowl and mix.
- Cover the container and place it in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 7 days.
- Add desired toppings to your chia pudding and enjoy!
